Privacy policy
Last updated: October 10, 2026
Colibre ("we", "us") operates this store at colibre.store, including all related content, features, products and services (the "Services"). Colibre is a brand of SAVVORE LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, and is powered by Shopify. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and disclose your personal information when you visit the Services, buy from us or contact us. If it conflicts with our Terms of Service, this Privacy Policy controls with respect to your personal information.
What we collect
- Contact details: your name, email address and billing address, and for printed products your shipping address and phone number.
- Order and payment information: the items you buy, your order history and payment confirmation. Card payments are processed by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.
- Download information: when and how often your download links are used, so we can deliver your files and prevent misuse.
- Account information, if you create an account: login details, preferences and settings.
- Communications you send us, such as support requests.
- Device and usage information: your browser, IP address, device identifiers and how you use the Services, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Where it comes from
Directly from you; automatically through the Services, including cookies; and from service providers that process information on our behalf, such as Shopify, our payment processors and our print partner.
How we use it
- To deliver your order: to process payment, email your download link and receipts, and make and ship printed products.
- To support you: to answer questions and handle replacements or refunds.
- To improve the Services: to understand how the store is used and what to make next.
- Marketing: if you subscribe, to send our newsletter and offers, which you can unsubscribe from at any time. We may also show you ads on other websites based on your activity in our store.
- Security and legal reasons: to prevent fraud and misuse, enforce our terms and comply with the law.
Who we share it with
- Shopify, which hosts our store, processes payments and delivers digital downloads.
- Printify and its print providers, for printed products only: your name, shipping address, phone number (if given) and order details, so your order can be printed and shipped.
- Other service providers that help us run the store, such as email, analytics, customer support and advertising tools.
- Authorities or other parties where the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale.
We don't sell your personal information for money. Some advertising through Shopify may count as "sharing" under certain US state laws; you can opt out as described under Your rights.
Shopify
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your use of the Services to provide and improve them. Shopify may also use information from your interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify to offer enhanced features; in those cases Shopify is responsible for that processing. Learn more in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy, and exercise your rights through the Shopify Privacy Portal.
Children
Our products are made for young children, but the Services are meant for parents, caregivers and teachers. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it. We have no actual knowledge that we "sell" or "share" the personal information of anyone under 16.
Retention and security
We keep personal information for as long as we need it to provide the Services, maintain your account, meet legal and tax obligations and resolve disputes. No security measure is perfect, so please don't send us sensitive information over unsecured channels.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, delete, correct or receive a copy of your personal information, to opt out of targeted advertising and to withdraw your consent. To use these rights, contact us below. We may need to verify your identity, and you may use an authorized agent. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each email.
International transfers
We and our providers may store and process your information outside the country where you live, including in the United States. For transfers out of the EEA or the UK, we rely on recognized mechanisms such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we handle your information, please contact us first. You may also have the right to appeal our decision or to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version here and change the date above.
